Review of Misbehaving by Abbi Glines and Cages by Chris Pasley

Misbehaving is a book in a romance series by Abbi Glines. The main characters are a girl named Jessie and a guy named Jason. After Jessie gets pay back for a ex boyfriend cheating on her she meets Jason who contributes to her escape. What I like the most about this book is the strong loyalty between Jessie mother and her. Jessie and her mom would walk through fire for one another. The book ends like all romance light and happy with some good drama in between I would recommend this book for older teens due to adult situations and sexual descriptions. I also read Cages this book is very unique for several reasons the first being it is an Indie book so few people have heard of it. I am proud to read this so it can gain some recognition. This book is about a world where once children hit puberty they could possible mutate into beast and kill people or bite other people creating bitten’s to spread the disease. The book is only two hundred pages long so it is a little short. The plot is defiantly unique but description and characterization are very weak so I might not read the rest of the series. I would recommend this book to people who like action plot based books. I am currently reading The Devouring, Unsouled and Humanity Gone After The Plague.
